you need 4 #11 inkjet cartridges which are the black,cyan,magenta,yellow.They run about $35.00 ea.original or you can buy compatibles for about $18.99 ea.

You need four caratges one for each color. They all have to say HP #40
here are the codes for each cartage
Black = 51640B $39.00
Yellow = 51640Y $45.00
Cyan = 51640C $45.00
Magenta = 51640M $45.00
You need the one that goes to that printer. Go to HP.com and select support and downloads and download teh user manual for the printer. All the pertinent info is in there as well as how to change it.
