I accidently put my black ink cartridge in my color cartridge slot in my hp 5510 office jet all in one printer and I cannot remove it. Please help me!!!!!I am unable to remove my blk ink cartridge from my color slot in my hp 5510 inkjet printer. help please!!!?
I have seen a few of these.
Get a small but long flathead screwdriver. You need to pry up the top of the holder, while you pull down and out with the cartridge. There is a notch in there that guides the color into the color and black into the black. BUT BE WARNED, too much force can damage the cartridge and/or the printer.
