Refilled inkjet cartridge now the ink doesn't come out?

I have done this before successfully with a diff printer, but this time i did all the steps and the ink is not printing out. The cartridge has been out for awhile could that be it?! Any tips or help to get it printing again???

Try cleaning the ink jets. Some printers have this option. They basically spray all colors at a higher rate for a second or two to unclog the dried out nozzles. Take the new cartridges out and take off the seals so they can release their ink when properly inserted into the printer. And I don't want to hear you did that because if you had you wouldn't be asking the question. Hehe. Touche.
