HP Business Inkjet 1200 -- just replaced ink cartridges and they will not stay down. I close the cover, printer cycles and pushes up the ink cartridges. They push up against the cover and all the lights flash. Cannot get them to stay in place. All 4 ink cartridges pop up. What's wrong??!!HP Inkjet ink cartridges won't stay in place?
Sure you have the right cartridges for the printer ?, take all the cartridges out and look for anything that is obstructing them, then reinstall all the cartridges again, hope this helped and good luck.HP Inkjet ink cartridges won't stay in place?
You must not have them snapped in place al the way. Take them out and try again.
Either that or they got damaged in taking off the tape or in putting them in, and they can't seat down all the way.
