How do i change ink colour on lexmark inkjet 730 printer as it prints green?

I have instaled a lexmark inkjet printer which prints in green. How do i change colour options? as i have been all over lexmark sight with no answers to a simple task. How do i change ink colour on lexmark inkjet 730 printer as it prints green?
What is it printing in GREEN - text or pictures - how many ink carts are fitted.

If you only have a printer with one ink cart - the colour of text will be 'greenish' because it is trying to make black from Cyan, Magenta and Blue

I don't know this printer to be honest but you should also have a print test page function - it should print out a page with all the colours showing - and if the inkjet nozzles are clear - if they are blocked up - it may be part of the problemHow do i change ink colour on lexmark inkjet 730 printer as it prints green?
I'm assuming here that you're talking about the Z730 or P730 printer as I can't find a Lexmark inkjet 730.

It sounds, to me, that there isn't enough magenta ink being used, but the following instruction comes from the url given below. Give it a try and see if that helps.

Colors on the printout differ from the colors on the screen

• A cartridge may be low on ink. Check the ink levels in the Lexmark Solution Center. For help, see “Lexmark Solution Center” on page 11.

• Use a different paper brand. Each paper brand accepts ink differently and prints with color variations.

Select Natural Color as the document color:

1. With your document open, click File Print. The Print dialog box appears.

2. From the Print dialog box, click Properties, Preferences, or Options.

3. Click Options Quality Options.

4. Click Select color settings manually.

5. Select Natural Color.
